Hydraulic motors, like pumps, use the change of sealing capacity to complete the transformation of kinetic energy, and they have the same distribution structure. Hydraulic motor in the input of high pressure liquid effect, the liquid inlet cavity by small increase, and the rotating member caused torsion, in order to get rid of load resistance torque, complete rotation; At the same time, the liquid return cavity of the motor is greatly reduced to return liquid to the oil tank of the car or the suction pipe of the pump, and the working pressure is reduced. The high pressure liquid continues from the hydraulic motor leakage into the mouth, discharged from the liquid outlet, the motor rotor of the hydraulic motor continues to rotate and open to the outside for work.

Theoretically speaking, in addition to the valve type flow distribution hydraulic pump, other ways of hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor with crossover, can be used by the hydraulic motor. In fact, because the two performance indicators and provisions are not the same, the same way of pump and motor in the structure there are still some differences.

(1) The hydraulic motor is to input the liquid containing the working pressure to promote its rotation, so it must ensure the original sealing of the piston hydraulic motor, and do not need to have self-priming ability. And the hydraulic pump generally needs to have self-priming ability.

(2) The hydraulic motor should be able to turn positive and negative, so its internal structure must be symmetrical. Hydraulic pump is generally all unilateral rotation, there is generally no such limitation in the structure.

(3) the stability of the hydraulic motor is relatively large, especially when the speed is relatively low, it should be able to ensure that all the normal work of the hydraulic motor market, so it should choose roller bearings or negative pressure rolling bearings; If gas pressure rolling bearings are selected, it is not easy to produce grease film. And the speed of the hydraulic pump is relatively high, the general change is small, there is no this provision.
