1. Discontinuous refers to the maximum pressure at the entrance, and continuous working pressure refers to the difference of working pressure.


2. The motor works at the same time under the highest pressure and the highest leakage.


3. The running time of the motor should not exceed 10% under intermittent working conditions.


4. Maximum operating temperature 80*.


5. The maximum allowable back pressure of the motor is 10MPa, but it is recommended that the back pressure should not exceed 5MPa. In case of excess, it should be connected to the leakage pipe.


6. It is recommended to operate the motor under 40% of the maximum pressure for 1 hour before full load operation


7. Recommended use of 68# anti-wear hydraulic oil, viscosity 37-73CST, cleanliness IS018/13.

1, cycloidal motor wear situation


After the maintenance of the cycloidal motor under the drilling phone, it was found that the sliding friction surface of the cycloidal motor valve plate and valve plate was worn seriously, and the wear depth was up to 0.15mm, resulting in oil leakage from the shaft oil seal.


2, derived from the shaft oil seal oil leakage


After disassembly test, the axial and radial clearance of the derived shaft meets the requirements, and the mutual mating surface of the derived shaft and the sealing ring has no significant wear. However, it is found that the sealing ring plastic becomes old and hard, the plasticity is reduced, the sealing ring lip wear, preload and sealing characteristics are reduced, the vehicle hydraulic motor temperature is too high to accelerate the wear of the sealing ring lip; In addition, due to the leakage of the cycloid motor, the back pressure in the casing is too high, so that the sealing ring lip wear and oil leakage is further aggravated.


3. The cause of cycloid motor fatigue


According to the direct cause of the valve plate wear, the reason is important as shown below: due to the valve plate wear, the inlet and oil valve channel is connected at the valve plate, part of the high pressure oil discharge, through the constant motor pair steam pressure reduction, flow reduction, resulting in the motor output speed and torque reduction.
