The hydraulic motor becomes noisy; Analysis of this reason is:

1. Considering that the working pressure of the hydraulic pump station or the total flow exceeds the rated current. The solution is: search work pressure, the total flow of ups and downs exist;

2, hydraulic motor internal parts (such as machine tool spindle, motor stator, rolling bearings, etc.) damage. The solution is: the first hydraulic motor disassembly, inspection, maintenance, replacement parts, if the replacement of the new zero parts detection motor or noise is very large, the problem has not been processed, we should consider replacing a new reducer hydraulic motor machinery and equipment;

3, because of environmental pollution of gear oil and promote the expansion of sliding friction of fitness sports parts. The solution is to check, clean up the hydraulic transmission system, the gear oil over several times or really not good to replace the new zero pollution, no impurities gear oil;

4, found that the inside of the fitness parts of the loose, axial force, etc.. The solution is: hydraulic motor torque correction of internal parts, loose parts or disassemble new parts;

5, if it is the hydraulic impact or cavitation of the system software. The solution is to check and remove the steam in the pump room.
